Job summary

Pacific Seafood is seeking a Production Worker to join the Warrenton facility. The role supports production tasks, inspects products for quality, and ensures a safe, clean environment in a teamwork-driven setting.

As part of a facilities team, you will operate equipment, monitor quality, and cooperate with colleagues to maintain continuous production. Prior experience with food processing and forklifts is preferred; the position is full-time and on-site.

Qualifications

• Experience with food processing equipment, sanitation, and food safety.
• Experience safely operating forklifts and powered pallet jacks.
• Experience with radio frequency handheld scanners and quality control.

Responsibilities

• Quality Control and Production: Inspect product for quality, grade, and sort by size; pack product to standards; maintain methods for quality and consistency; meet production demands.
• Communication and Safety: Communicate supply material levels to ensure continuous production; follow safety protocols; maintain clean environment.
• Independence and Teamwork: Work independently with minimal supervision; adapt to changing production needs; provide backup for other duties.
