Location: West Hazleton, PA, United States

Division: Nucor Towers & Structures Inc.

Basic Job Functions

• Creating nesting programs for hardware, shells, etc. in plate and coil for production needs.
• Entering those programs into the ERP software for consumption.
• Working with the production control team to manage the schedule of production through the shop.
• Verifying and staging raw materials and consumables used for job‑specific production processes.

Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.

Minimum Qualifications

• Proficiency in ProNest, Alma Cam, or similar CNC part nesting software.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of steel fabrication processes and procedures.
• Steel burn/laser table experience.
• Production tracking and production planning experience.
• D-365 experience.
