You'll be working at

Exchange Participant designs and implements processes that efficiently make products or provide services. They review production schedules, design specifications, workflows, and other information tounderstand and adjust their company's processes to make them more efficient.

Responsibilities

1. Review production schedules, processes, specifications, and related information.

2. Design production processes that maximize efficiency and reduce waste.

3. Develop and implementing process improvements and technological upgrades.

4. Design control systems to minimize costs and production issues.

5.Develop design and production standards in cooperation with management and user personnel.

6. Prepare material and equipment lists, purchase orders, cost analyses, and estimated production costs.

7. Design the layout of facilities and determining personnel requirements.

8. Train staff for new processes and providing instructions and manuals.

9.Manage process documentation and preparing production reports.
