Job summary

Aoc,-LL is seeking a Process Assistant in Perris, CA to provide hands‑on support for production processes. The role includes material staging, packaging preparation, and daily housekeeping in a rotating day, swing, and night shift at the Perris, CA facility.

Responsibilities include paperwork, inventory maintenance, loading and shipping prep, and operating yard equipment as needed. Strong teamwork and basic computer skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be available to work a rotation swing shift and mid shift.
• Manufacturing or warehousing experience, preferred.
• Ability to drive or learn to drive a forklift and yard jockey.
• Good communication skills and ability to work as a team member with all departments.
• Knowledge of good documentation practices, preferred.
• General computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct hands-on assistance for production processes.
• Supports direct production activities, including raw material staging and packaging staging.
• Assists with charging raw materials and general housekeeping.
• Rotating day, swing and nights shift position.
• Prepares packaged resin for shipment: drum palletizing, banding, and labeling.
• Accurate paperwork and data entry using tracking systems.
• Assists with Hazardous Waste drum inventory and safety inventories.
