Job summary

Selected contributors will manage production scope, budget, and timelines, coordinate cross-functional teams, supervise on-set operations, and deliver assets for broadcast, digital, and social platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience managing production from scope to delivery.
• Scheduling shoots, booking crews, negotiating vendor bids.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders (creative, brand, marketing, legal).
• Oversee on-set operations, talent, location management, and asset capture.
• Track deliverables, budgets, and ensure on-time execution.
• Resolve production issues and escalate risks.
• Edit, assemble, and finish video, audio, and motion assets.
• Color correction, sound mixing, stabilization, retiming, finishing.
• Manage file organization, version control, and master deliverables.
• Collaborate with producers and editors for quality and technical accuracy.
• Prepare assets for multi-platform distribution (broadcast, digital, social).
• Maintain knowledge of editing tools and post-production workflows.
