Job summary

Unitex in Linden, NJ is seeking a Plant Manager to lead the production team at our industrial plant. The role oversees two Assistant Plant Managers, four Production Supervisors, and all plant staff to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals.

We offer a competitive salary ($110,000–$115,000 with bonus potential) and comprehensive benefits; candidates should have 5+ years of plant management experience, bilingual English/Spanish preferred, and strong proficiency with MS Office and production

Qualifications

• 5+ years managerial experience running a plant in a production/service environment overseeing multi-layer management.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish highly preferred.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic work setting.
• High degree of customer responsiveness.
• Understands production workflow / MS Office.
• Proven ability to manage to standards.

• Maintain individual and department performance at established standards.
• Directly manage two Assistant Plant Managers, and four Production Supervisors and all plant employees.
• Ensure production levels and productivity goals are achieved.
• Maintain daily reports.
• Hire, Train and discipline employees as a means for achieving goals.
• Oversees high level of quality of product being sent to customers.
• Ensure that Unitex policies and procedures are implemented and followed.

Plant Manager

Unitex is currently seeking a Plant Manager to oversee the production team in our industrial plant located in Linden, NJ.

The salary range for this position is $110,000 to $115,000 (plus bonus). Actual compensation decisions are based on factors such as experience, seniority, location, and other permissible job-related factors.

Monday - Friday 6:00am - 4:30pm

Must Be Flexible To Work Additional Hours When Needed.
