Barilla America, Inc. is hiring for a Production Planning role based in Northbrook, IL. The position focuses on balancing customer service, inventory, and total supply chain costs across the North American network.

The role is responsible for the production and inventory planning processes for the assigned US portfolio, ensuring the optimal balance between customer service, inventory levels, production efficiency and total supply chain costs. The role contributes to the definition and execution of short, medium and long‑term production plans, supporting business growth, service level achievement and efficient utilization of manufacturing, and co‑packing capacities within the North American network.
This is a hybrid role based out of Northbrook, IL.
As of the date of this posting, the estimated pay range for this role is $75K-$82K plus eligibility to participate in the annual discretionary bonus plan. The actual pay for the position will be determined by various factors, including but not limited to job‑related experience, skills, education, location, and internal equity. This range may be subject to change over time.
