Job summary

Stallergenes Greer U.S. in North Carolina seeks a senior production planning leader to manage and develop a team of planners, aligning the entire production process with company goals, customer needs, and industry standards.

You will own finite scheduling, monitor inventory levels, coordinate with procurement, facilities, maintenance, quality and PD, and drive schedule adherence and KPI reporting to support on-time manufacturing.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in production planning, demand forecasting, or supply chain management with supervisory experience.
• Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and cross-functional skills.
• Solid understanding of ERP systems (JDE preferred).
• Associate degree required; B.S./B.A. preferred.
• Proven ability to manage schedules and coordinate across departments.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, develop, and retain a team of planners.
• Develop and maintain a finite scheduling system supporting daily/weekly production.
• Ensure manufacturing targets and deadlines are met while minimizing delays.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels for bulk, WIP, finished goods.
• Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely material ordering.
• Monitor processes to identify bottlenecks and delays.
• Escalate issues to ensure seamless production execution.
• Prepare and analyze reports on production efficiency, downtime, and KPIs.
