Job summary

NSA in Cleveland, OH is seeking a hands-on Production Coordinator to help our team meet the goal of shipping every order on time. You will guide planning, coordinate work between departments, and assign tasks to each work center under the Production Planning Manager's direction.

• Education: High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum one year in a manufacturing facility.
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Meet Customer Expectations of shipping every order On-Time.
• Assist the Order Fulfillment Manager in any capacity.
• Run daily production meetings if the Production Planning Manager is absent.
• Coordinate work across departments and line up work for centers.
• Track and close invoiced orders and ensure proper shop order closure.
• Follow up on cancelled or modified orders to avoid unnecessary work.
