Sanmina Corporation is seeking a Production Planning Coordinator at our Houston, TX facilities. This role will lead end-to-end production planning for racks, cabinets, and electromechanical products, coordinating with Sales, Program Management, Procurement, Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, and Logistics to deliver on-time orders.
The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in production planning, strong ERP/MRP experience (SAP or Oracle), and solid data analysis skills in Excel.

Job Purpose:
The Production Planning Coordinator is responsible for leading the end-to-end production planning and scheduling function across multiple manufacturing operations producing racks, cabinets, precision sheet metal components, welded assemblies, and electromechanical products. This role ensures optimal alignment between customer demand, manufacturing capacity, material availability, and inventory strategy while maximizing on-time delivery, operational efficiency, and asset utilization.
The position partners closely with Sales, Program Management, Procurement, Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, and Logistics to develop executable production plans. The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP), finite capacity scheduling, ERP/MRP systems, and data-driven decision-making within a high-growth manufacturing environment.
