Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking a Production Scheduler to act as the traffic controller of our manufacturing operations. You will create and maintain production plans to ensure on-time deliveries, balanced inventory, and efficient use of capacity.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in production planning, strong analytical and communication skills, and experience with SAP/MRP ERP systems. This role covers daily scheduling, KPI tracking, and collaboration across production, supply chain, and procurement.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience in production planning, scheduling, or manufacturing.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP/MRP) preferred.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Degree in business, engineering, or related field preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain daily/weekly production schedules.
  • Consolidate demand, inventory, and capacity data to create feasible plans.
  • Coordinate with production, supply chain, and procurement teams.
  • Monitor and adjust schedules based on changes in demand or constraints.
  • Support ERP planning (MPS/MRP) and ensure data accuracy.
  • Track and report key KPIs (e.g., delivery, inventory, plan adherence).
  • Support S&OP process and provide planning inputs.
  • Identify and drive improvements in planning processes.

Job description

Are you a master of logistics, puzzle-solving, and seamless execution? We are looking for an analytical, fast-thinking Production Scheduler to serve as the air traffic controller of our manufacturing operations. In this role, you won't just follow a timeline—you’ll design the rhythm that keeps our plant running at peak efficiency, turning raw materials and complex customer orders into on‑time deliveries. salary: $34 - $40 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities
Role Summary
