Job summary

Jabil in Richardson, TX is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Production Planner to manage the production plan and shipment information, develop a feasible operational plan, and own its execution to satisfy customers.

You will forecast revenue, monitor performance, and implement corrective actions to protect targets. You will also drive continuous improvement and ensure adherence to security policies while collaborating with operations daily.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Engineering or a related discipline is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.
At least 2 years of experience in a Production Planning role, or an equivalent combination of education, training, or experience.

Responsibilities

Create and maintain a feasible production plan and closely work with the operations team to execute it successfully.
Develop revenue forecasts, monitor actual performance, and drive immediate corrective actions and recovery plans when revenue targets are at risk.
Monitor planning metrics and pursue continuous improvement.
Comply with all procedures within the company security policy and the rules of the road.
May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
