JOB SUMMARY:The Production Planner is responsible for analyzing, interpreting, and converting customer order information into manufacturing production work orders (cross-referencing). The Production Planner will plan, review, and report to supervision on customer order input rates, order error rates, departmental/site delivery performance, departmental product workload volumes as scheduled, and complete planning actions related to increases/decreases in stocking levels in component and finished goods inventories. The Production Planner also assists departmental supervision in communicating with sales and within manufacturing all order rescheduling, to include materials expediting through purchasing as required.

The actual range will vary based upon factors including, but not limited to, prior experience, knowledge, skill, and education as they relate to the position's qualifications, and internal equity.
