JSP in Butler, PA is seeking Part-time Production Team Members to operate equipment in the Molding Department and produce foam parts to meet specifications.

The role requires effective communication, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and willingness to train on forklift; 24 hours weekly across 8 hour shifts, with a nightly differential and ISO/OSHA compliance expectations.

Qualifications

• Must communicate effectively in person and in writing.
• Must be able to operate a forklift truck.
• Must have finger dexterity and be able to see and hear.
• Must be able to climb and work from a ladder.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to wear/tolerate PPE; safety shoes, ear plugs and safety glasses.
• Must be able to come to work as scheduled, including overtime.
• Performs responsibilities in compliance with ISO/IAFT and OSHA regulations.
• Must be 18 years or older to be considered.

Responsabilités

• Press operation – counting and visually inspecting foam parts.
• Packing – boxing, shrink wrap, labeling, palletizing.
• Learn to perform quality inspections to meet specifications.
• Operate forklift as required (training provided).
• Complete documentation under ISO/IAFT guidelines.
• Operate all molding department equipment.
• Maintain safety in a manufacturing environment.

Pay Rate: $17 per hour (commensurate)

Shift Differential: + $.75/hour (3p-7a)

Part time: 24 hours/week, 8 hour shifts. Choose 1 shift and 3 days per week (M-F) you’d want to make your set schedule. Shifts available (subject to change):

• 6:50a-3p
• 2:50p-11p
• 10:50p-7a

Our Butler, Pennsylvania location is in need of Production Team Members to operate equipment in the Molding Department and produce quality foam parts that meet or exceed customer specifications.

JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Press operation – counting and visually inspecting parts made of foam
• Packing – building boxes, packing, shrink wrap, label, build pallets
• Learn to perform quality inspections to ensure products meet all customer specific specifications
• Fork truck operation (required – will train)
• Complete documentation under ISO/IAFT guidelines
• Operate all equipment in Molding department
• Safety in a manufacturing or plant setting

Requirements

• Must be able to communicate effectively in person and in writing.
• Must be able to operate a forklift truck, which requires the use of arms and legs, they ability to get onto truck and depth perception to stack and/or move crates or other material.
• Must have finger dexterity and be able to see and hear.
• Must be able to climb and work from a ladder.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to wear/tolerate all PPE equipment; safety shoes, ear plugs and safety glasses.
• Must be able to come to work as scheduled on a regular basis and be able to work scheduled shifts as necessary, including overtime, mandatory and otherwise.
• Performs responsibilities in compliance with ISO-14001 policies, quality standards and procedures and OSHA regulations.
• Must be 18 years or older to be considered for employment
