Job summary

Mancan Staffing has partnered with a premier manufacturing facility in the Norwalk/Milan area and we are currently seeking production workers. Hours are 6:00a – 2:30p or 2:30p-11:00p Monday-Friday, with a pay rate of $16.00 per hour. Packers will be responsible for loading/unloading product and manufacturing of the products.

Location: Norwalk, OH; 42 Benedict Ave, Norwalk, OH 44857. You must bring 2 valid forms of Gov't ID and be able to pass a Drug Screen and National Background Check.

Qualifications

• Physically able to regulary perform manual labor.
• Must be willing to work the shifts assigned and for extended hours when the need arises.
• Williing to lear and achieve production goals.
• Perform continuous quality checks.
• Must pass drug test and background check

Responsibilities

• Loading/unloading product and manufacturing of products.
• Working in the manufacturing process of a product.
• Performing the assembly, packing and packaging of product.
• Check quality of the product and ensure products are produced according to specifications.
• Follow all safety protocols, policies and procedures.
• Ensure machinery is being cleaned and sanitized as needed.
