Job summary

Mauser Packaging Solutions is hiring for a Production Worker to assist in washing, inspecting, labeling, packing, and storing drums and totes. You may operate a power washer, vacuum, forklift, or other tools as needed.

The environment is loud and not climate-controlled. You will stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and follow safety procedures with PPE provided. A reliable, team-oriented attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Must follow safety instructions and wear PPE.
• Ability to stand for 8–12 hours per shift.

Responsibilities

• Meets production standards on assigned tasks within time limits.
• Maintains clean, organized work areas.
• Follows safety specifications and instructions.
• Maintains safety and quality throughout production.
• Notifies lead or supervisor when stepping off line.
• Reports waste/issues to supervisor.
• Performs other duties as required.
