Lignetics Group in Oregon is seeking a production operator to support baler and bagging lines, ensuring safe and efficient operation of equipment. You will weigh, report data, and maintain quality control while adhering to procedures.

Responsabilités

• Operate baler machinery safely and efficiently.
• Operate bagging machines, balers, shrink wrap equipment, forklifts, pallet jacks, and bag sealers.
• Move and palletize finished products and document QC data.
• Complete production reports for baler and bagger operations.
• Assist other production areas as needed and maintain a clean workstation.

Requirements:

• Pass a background check and pre‑employment drug screen

• Reliable attendance and strong communication skills

Duties:

Baler Operation

• Operate baler machinery safely and efficiently
• Stack bales on pallets, seal bales with an iron, and wrap pallets
• Weigh bales and enter accurate data on reports and QC tags
• Complete Baler Operator production report

Bagging Operation

• Operate bagging machines, balers, shrink wrap equipment, forklifts, pallet jacks, and bag sealers
• Stack bags on pallets, apply pallet covers, and move finished goods to correct warehouse locations
• Fill pellet sample cups every ton for QC
• Tag pallets with QC labels (initials, date, ton number, shift)
• Complete Bagger production report accurately

General Production Responsibilities

• Perform both bagging and baler functions as directed by Shift Leads
• Operate machinery safely using all established guidelines, policies, and procedures
• Assist other production areas as needed
• Move and wrap completed products
• Assist Shift Leads with starting/stopping pellet mills
• Report any moisture or material concerns immediately
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation
• Lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods during production tasks
• Other duties as assigned

Schedule:

• Day Shift: Sunday - Every Other Wednesday
• Hours: 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM
