Altium Packaging in Sherman, TX is seeking an entry level Production Packaging Associate to ensure proper packaging of materials and finished products. You will load, move materials, and operate packaging equipment in a fast-paced production environment.
The role requires basic math and computer skills, a high school diploma or GED, and adherence to GMPs and safety policies. Training for Production/Packaging Associate I will be completed within 90 days of hire date, with overtime as needed.

The Production Packaging Associate is an entry level position, responsible for proper packaging of materials and finished products. This position will also load, move material, and operate packaging equipment. The Production Packaging Associate will also be required to follow Good Manufacturing Practices.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts in a production environment. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud. Temperatures inside the plant can fluctuate between hot and cold according to seasonal changes. Personal protective equipment (PPE) is required in the production department and other designated areas.
