Vermont Cider Manufacturing in Middlebury, VT is seeking dedicated Production Operators for our fast-paced, safety‑driven manufacturing team. You will support high‑speed packaging on bottle, can, and keg lines, run quality checks, and assist with line changeovers and material staging.

We value teamwork, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality. You will document production data, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with Maintenance, Quality, and Warehouse teams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Manufacturing, packaging, machine operation, or production experience preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills preferred.
• Forklift experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor packaging and production equipment.
• Perform quality checks on products, labels, and fill levels.
• Support line changeovers, startups, and material staging.
• Complete production, quality, and traceability documentation accurately.
• Troubleshoot and report equipment, quality, and production issues.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
