Job summary

Mauser Packaging Solutions seeks a Manufacturing Operator to support production lines in our New Jersey facility. You will follow safety specs, meet production standards, and keep work areas clean while maintaining quality throughout the shift.

As part of a dedicated team, you will troubleshoot issues, report concerns to supervisors, and follow all policies to ensure efficient operations and high-quality packaging products for customers.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production standards.
• Understand plant safety guidelines and pass safety training.
• Able to understand verbal and written instructions.
• Troubleshoot problems and report issues.
• Team player with reliability and good communication.

Responsibilities

• Performs all assignments in accordance with safety specifications, instructions, and requirements.
• Demonstrates ability to meet production standards on specific assignments within required time.
• Maintains good housekeeping and clean work areas in assigned space.
• Reports all production waste to Production Lead or Supervisor.
• Responsible for safety and quality throughout production.
• Notifies Production Lead or Supervisor when stepping off the line to ensure safety and quality standards are maintained.
• Performs other duties as required by Supervisor or Manager.
• Follows all company policies and procedures.
