Job summary

You will work within a 12-hour rotating shift schedule, including nights and weekends, contributing to a culture of quality and teamwork.

The position emphasizes accurate execution of procedures, monitoring instrumentation, and collaboration with experienced operators to maximize production and maintain safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Champion safety, regulatory compliance and operational excellence; use PPE as required.
• Operate valves/instruments to adjust levels, flows, temperatures, pressures, speeds; start/stop equipment.
• Make process adjustments via instrumentation or chemical additions to stay within tolerances.
• Investigate unusual process/mechanical issues and take corrective action.
• Achieve and maintain competency in all operator functions and train less experienced operators.
