Meissner is seeking a Production Operator - Rotomolding (2nd Shift) to support the manufacture of rotomolded parts in an ISO Class 7 environment. The role requires careful adherence to SOPs and quality standards, with hands-on operation of rotomolding equipment and computer-assisted production tracking.
You will read procedures, adjust settings per SOPs, and help train others while contributing to safe, efficient production and timely completion of schedules in a fast-paced facility.

The Production Operator - Rotomolding will assist in the production of Rotomolded parts, using various machines and equipment. This role requires high attention to detail and the ability to follow process instructions closely.
Filter Production is performed in an ISO Class 7 cleanroom environment. Powder free gloves, face masks, hairnets, gowns, and shoe covers must be worn. Shorts, skirts, loose or baggy clothing is not permitted. Socks and closed shoes are required. Makeup, other than skin moisturizers, is not permitted. Because smokers continue to shed thousands of smoke particles even hours after smoking a cigarette, and these particles will damage our filter products, only non-smokers are permitted to enter or work in the cleanroom

The base pay scale for this role is what Meissner reasonably expects to pay for the position although actual pay may vary from this scale depending on an applicant's experience.
