Job summary

MAPEI Corporation is seeking a Production Operator, Machine Operator, to set up and run the production line while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency in the facility. You will weigh ingredients, monitor specifications, and maintain accurate records to support smooth operations.

The role requires hands-on willingness, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to lift up to 55 lbs; forklift certification is a plus. Overtime and shift hours are expected, with competitive benefits available.

Qualifications

• Hands-on work willingness and mechanical inclination.
• Manufacturing/process experience; forklift certification is a plus.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor machinery to meet production specs.
• Weigh and prepare ingredients per production schedules.
• Maintain safety and quality standards on the line.
• Record keeping in written and electronic formats.
• Operate warehouse equipment (lift trucks, pallet jacks, forklifts).
• Label, package, and palletize products.
