Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. in Forest Grove, OR is seeking production operators and assemblers to support time-sensitive manufacturing of PCBs and related assemblies.

The role offers a structured path through the Operator Advancement Program and opportunities for certification. You will read blueprints and engineering notes, set and maintain equipment, meet output targets, and uphold safety and quality standards in a team environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience in the use of circuit board terminology.
• Knowledge and experience in the use of CNC machinery, measurement and inspection tools to include magnification, scopes, eye loops, calipers, gauges, etc.).
• Strong demonstrated comprehension of written instructions in English including customer standards, blueprints, and shop control documents.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English to the degree necessary to perform the job
• Ability to perform detailed work
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic
• Ability to lift 30 pounds without straining
• Ability to stand throughout shift.

Compensation and Benefits
