Job summary

ADM (Archer Daniels Midland) in Fremont, NE is seeking an entry-level Production Operator to learn facility operations, perform a variety of tasks, and support continuous improvement. Roles start in a production environment with opportunities to advance within ADM facilities.

You will work 7am–3pm, 3pm–11pm, or 11pm–7am in a union setting, with overtime including weekends and holidays. Weekly pay and a comprehensive benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Ability to understand and effectively communicate in English (verbal/written).
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in production and/or similar military environment (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning activities to maintain facility organization and meet company and governmental standards for agricultural processing facilities.
• Follow lock out and confined space procedures to accomplish preventative maintenance and cleaning procedures.
• Operating equipment associated with the loadout and unloading process for bulk materials including trucks and/or rail cars, grain cars, wheel loaders, forklifts, skid steers, utilizing scales, pumps, conveyor, etc.
