The Production Operator inspects and repairs defective modules after the layup (stacking) stage, and helps the team meet its safety, quality, and yield goals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Inspect and repair defective modules after layup, such as misaligned cells, broken cells, foreign materials, or ribbon issues, following repair procedures.
• Accurately record repair and inspection results in production records.
• Strictly follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and all safety rules, including wearing required PPE.
• Keep equipment and the work area clean and organized (5S).
• Complete a shift handover with the previous shift before starting work.
• Report quality issues or equipment problems to the team lead or supervisor promptly.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or Team Lead.

Education / Experience / Skills

Education:

• High school diploma.

Experience:

• At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in solar, electronics, or semiconductor manufacturing is a plus.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
