Job summary

Unilock New York, Inc. in Brewster, NY is seeking reliable manufacturing associates to join our production team. You will inspect products, monitor equipment, document processes, and support continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced facility.

This full-time role requires standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, and a willingness to rotate to night shift during peak season. We value safety, teamwork, and quality, with training provided and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Manufacturing experience is a plus, but we'll train the right candidate.
• Basic math and mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to read production documents.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to safety.
• Forklift experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Monitor production equipment and perform minor adjustments.
• Complete production and quality documentation.
• Report on safety, quality, or mechanical concerns.
• Support our Quality Management System (QMS) and participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives.
• Maintain a clean, organized workplace by following 5S principles.
• Assist with plant cleanup and other production duties.
