Responsibilities

Job Description

The Production Operator is responsible for operating machinery and equipment in a manufacturing environment to produce high‑quality products in accordance with company standards. The operator ensures that production targets are met in a timely manner while maintaining a safe and efficient working environment. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to follow instructions, and adherence to all safety protocols.

Additional Information

For Kansas, the expected salary for this position is $16/hr.In addition, INFICON employees are eligible for a profit- sharing bonus with a target of 10%. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law.
