Job summary

Webasto Group in Lexington, KY is seeking a Production Operator for the 1st shift (4AM-4PM) to operate multiple machines in a production line, follow work instructions, and adhere to Quality and HSE guidelines.

The role involves assembling components, monitoring processes, and escalating quality or safety concerns. TPM and 5S activities are part of the daily duties, with opportunities to contribute to continuous improvement.

• Removal of products from the machines - Assembly of components - Monitoring of processes, inspection of quality/safety characteristics
• Escalation of any detected concerns and problems (Quality and Safety) in line with escalation procedures
• Performing workstation 5S activities and total production maintenance (TPM) in line with standard operating procedures
• Involvement in continuous improvement process
