Niagara is seeking a Production Operator Lead to support the Production Supervisor in daily floor operations, ensuring safety, quality, and throughput on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule or as needed. The role involves changeovers, material inspection, and strict adherence to GMP and food safety standards.
Ideal candidates bring multiple years of manufacturing experience and a track record of supervising teams or projects, with a focus on continuous improvement and safety accountability.
