Niagara Bottling, LLC is seeking team members in Allentown, PA to support 12-hour shift operations. You will assist production, maintain safety and quality standards, and help manage changeovers and material inspections across production lines.

The role emphasizes adherence to GMP, food safety, and continuous improvement, with opportunities to contribute to efficiency initiatives and weekly reporting.

Qualifications

Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Assist Production Supervisor with daily activities of assigned shift, ensuring product adheres to Niagara’s standard of safety, quality, and throughput.
• Communicate with previous shift regarding any challenges and opportunities on the production lines to prepare for the shift.
• Conduct walkthroughs throughout the shift to verify safety, housekeeping, and quality compliance.
• Assist supervisor with batching minerals (if applicable) and preparing production lines for scheduled changeovers.
• Order and inspect raw materials prior to changeovers to ensure correct inventories for production runs. Perform first‑pass quality checks after changeovers to prevent non‑conforming product. Return raw materials after completion of production runs.
• Verify discrete jobs are correct in Oracle (including quality and bill of material list), Warehouse Management System, and/or Line Management System.
• Support Production Supervisor with hourly and/or end‑of‑shift production reports.
• Utilize the Efficiency Improvement Tools to understand and comment on line downtime and communicate appropriately per the escalation plan.
• Adhere to the highest standards of company and plant safety programs, guidelines, rules, and regulations.
• Abide by Niagara’s Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Food Safety Standards at all times.
• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work 12‑hour shifts, day or night, on a rotating 2‑2‑3 schedule or as dictated by production demand.
