Job summary

MEC (Mayville Engineering Company, Inc.) in Wisconsin is seeking a Manufacturing Operator to support daily production. You will operate basic machinery per SOPs, load and unload materials, monitor performance, and report any issues to the supervisor while maintaining a clean, safe workspace.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent and can work in a team environment with basic math and computer/ERP familiarity. Prior manufacturing experience is a plus but not required.

Physical & Environmental Requirements

• Some physical demand; often lifts light to heavy-weight material. Frequent lifting/moving average weight (up to 50lbs/11-27 kgs) material.
• Ability to perform occasional to frequent pushing, pulling, bending, kneeling, twisting, crawling and/or reaching over a full work shift (8-12 hours).
• Ability to operate motorized vehicles over a full work shift (8-12 hours).
• Ability to stand and / or walk constantly over a full work shift on concrete (8-12 hours).
• May be exposed to noise levels for which hearing protection is required to be worn over a full work shift (8-12 hours).
