Job summary

StatLab in McKinney, TX is seeking a production line operator to run equipment, verify labels, and manage packaging with a focus on accuracy and safety. The role supports continuous output and quality control on the shift.

You will perform routine inspections, log hourly torque tests, and escalate machine problems to maintenance. Overtime may be required; a KPI bonus up to $100 monthly is offered in addition to hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Basic computer usage including mouse.
• Ability to read and understand work instructions and maintenance manuals.
• Ability to perform basic addition and subtraction.
• Ability to visually inspect coding, product labeling, and finished goods to identify defects and to match products with the appropriate packaging.
• Must meet physical demands including standing, bending, lifting up to 25 pounds, and prolonged walking on concrete.
• Overtime availability as needed; noise level typically moderate.

Responsibilities

• Operate production line at standard rates and perform routine checks.
• Pull work orders, verify labels and data accuracy before production.
• Handle bottles, lids, packaging, labeling, and box printing tasks.
• Record hourly torque tests on samples and document results.
• Maintain and clean production machinery and work area; basic troubleshooting; escalate issues as needed.
• All duties may be adjusted or added to respond to customer needs.
