Qualifications

• Mechanically inclined with math and troubleshooting skills.
• Can make independent decisions that follow company policies.
• Ability to detect inconsistencies and has a keen eye for detail.
• Promotes and utilizes 5-S standards for improved efficiency.
• Must be able to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Follow procedures to perform various manual tasks in production.
• Load materials into production machines.
• Set up, operate, and maintain production equipment.
• Inspect raw materials and finished products for quality.
• Pack and sort raw materials or finished products.
• Collect and dispose of production waste according to policies.
• Clean production equipment and work areas.
