Performance Health in Cedarburg, WI is hiring a Production Worker II to operate plastic injection molding equipment and support the manufacturing team in producing world-class medical products.

The role requires reading shop orders, assembling parts, counting parts, and maintaining GMP and FDA-compliant quality standards while safely handling materials and using basic tools. This full-time position offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred, not required
• 2-4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Basic math skills for shop calculations
• Ability to read/write English
• General computer skills and basic tool usage
• Ability to lift/move up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
• Knowledge of GMP and FDA guidelines preferred

Responsibilities

• Read and comprehend shop orders.
• Assemble materials/parts to complete shop orders.
• Operate plastic injection molding equipment.
• Count and track parts and package finished goods.
• Handle materials using pallet jack and/or forklift.
• Follow BOPs and SOPs and maintain quality and safety standards.
• Identify and troubleshoot minor machinery or product issues.
