Job summary

Fluxergy is seeking a driven Operator to produce high-quality Test Card consumables in a clean room. You will work with specialized industrial and automated machinery, assemble components, and ensure strict quality standards in a first-shift role (6:30 AM - 3:00 PM PST, Mon-Fri).

Qualifications

• Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
• Experience operating production or manufacturing equipment.
• Experience in manufacturing or production environments preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a clean room.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components to make Test Card consumables with accuracy and consistency.
• Operate industrial and custom automation machinery safely and effectively.
• Follow established production procedures and detailed process work instructions.
• Inspect products to ensure they meet defined quality and performance specifications.
• Maintain accurate production records, logs, and documentation.
• Support daily production operations while maintaining safety and efficiency.
• Keep work areas, equipment, and machinery clean, organized, and production-ready.
• Assist with monitoring and maintaining product and material inventory levels.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth workflow.
• Perform additional tasks to meet production goals.
