Job summary

Oatey Company is seeking a production associate to support filling containers and assembling plumbing products for timely order fulfillment. You will rotate tasks, verify materials, package and palletize, and maintain clean working areas.

Responsibilities include following SWIs, prioritizing quality, and participating in safety practices. Prior production experience is preferred, with a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated with ability to meet production targets.
• Ability to work in teams and communicate effectively.
• Manual dexterity and attention to detail are essential.
• Ability to read and follow safety instructions and standard work docs.
• One-year production experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participates in filling containers and assembling products to meet orders.
• Rotates tasks as assigned by supervisor or team lead.
• Retrieve and verify raw materials; package, label, and palletize finished products.
• Maintain workplace organization and complete production documentation.
• Inspect products for quality (labels, weights, appearance).
• Assist in cleaning and general department duties.
