Job summary

Oatey Company is seeking a production associate at our Omaha, NE facility. The role supports filling containers with plumbing chemicals or assembling products to ensure on-time order fulfillment for distribution.

You will rotate through tasks, verify materials, follow procedures, and maintain a clean, safe workspace while adhering to standard work instructions and safety training. Strong teamwork and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• One year of relevant production work experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work in teams and communicate effectively.
• Manual dexterity and high attention to detail.
• Ability to read and comprehend standard work instructions (SWIs) and safety instructions.
• Follow safety procedures, PPE, and training requirements.

Responsibilities

• Complete production tasks on a rotational basis as assigned by the supervisor/team leader.
• Retrieve and verify raw materials; follow procedures to produce, package, label, and palletize finished products.
• Process unused raw materials and maintain workplace organization.
• Refer to charts for measurements, PPE, batch coding, etc.
• Complete production documentation as required.
• Inspect product for quality (labels, weights, visual).
• Assist in the cleaning of the work area and department.
• Other duties as assigned.
