Job summary

LGI foundation seeks a production worker to operate packaging equipment and support plant operations. You will monitor gauges, log readings, and maintain a clean, safe workspace while adhering to GMPs and quality procedures.

Responsibilities include starting and stopping equipment, loading bags, labeling, palletizing, and assisting in all areas. Strong English reading/writing and basic math are essential; weekend and holiday shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in agriculture, production, or manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to read gauges and record data legibly.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment under supervision, including packaging lines.
• Monitor product volume, temperatures, times, pressure readings, and logs.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and follow GMPs and SOPs.
• Perform receiving, starting, running, shutting down, and cleaning tasks.
• Utilize forklift/pallet jack and handle bagging, labeling, and palletizing.

Job description

Promote safety, maintain a sanitary food environment, and ensure that only the highest quality product is made.
