Job summary

BD is a global medical technology leader focused on advancing healthcare. We are seeking a production-oriented individual to operate and optimize manufacturing equipment in our NE-Broken Bow facility.

You will join a team committed to quality, safety, and continuous improvement, setting up and troubleshooting lines, performing changeovers, and ensuring production reporting is accurately tracked. This position is based on-site in Broken Bow, NE, with straightforward day shifts.

Qualifications

• Safety standards and GMP compliance.
• Operate and adjust production equipment.
• Monitor quality per specifications.
• Collaborate with supervision and peers to meet targets.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a clean work area and reports any safety hazards to the supervisor.
• Participates in safety programs and initiatives throughout the plant.
• Knows and observes all quality and GMP standards.
• Works efficiently and cooperates with supervision and other associates.
• Sets up, debugs, adjusts, and operates equipment within specified ranges.
• Performs changeovers on equipment.
• Performs quality inspections according to operational specifications.
• Possesses working knowledge of current production reporting systems.
