Job summary

MAPEI Corporation is seeking a Production Operator - General Labor to support multiple production areas with safety, efficiency and precision. You’ll perform general labor tasks, forklift operation at applicable locations, and assist with material handling, labeling and packing as needed.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, willingness to work overtime, and strong communication. Pay starts at $19–$20 per hour with shift differentials, plus a $1,000 sign-on bonus for new hires meeting

Qualifications

• Hands-on work willingness and mechanical inclination.
• Forklift certification is a plus.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs independently; and up to 100 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of general labor tasks to support manufacturing operations.
• Stack finished products, raw materials, and other items as required.
• Sort, place, and identify materials and/or products on racks, shelves, or bins.
• Clean and organize production cells, material storage areas, and equipment.
• Operate forklifts, applicable at various locations.
• Adhere to safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Perform additional duties as required.
