Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Able to work 8–12 consecutive hours per day.
• Willing to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Completion of a job-related readiness assessment.
• Ability to lift/carry heavy materials.
• Able to follow written/verbal SOPs and safety rules.
• Able to wear PPE as required.

Responsibilities

• Follow safe work practices and identify hazards.
• Produce high-quality products meeting specs and on-time delivery.
• Operate and monitor automated production, molding, assembly, and packaging equipment.
• Perform quality inspections and release products.
• Maintain a positive, inclusive work environment.
• Use computer controls to run equipment.
