Job summary

FXI is seeking a General Factory Worker to support production and manufacturing processes. You’ll operate machinery, assemble and inspect products, and keep the workspace clean and safe while meeting daily targets.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, basic tools and machinery operation skills, and a strong eye for detail. Weekend/overtime shifts may be required; safety and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or factory setting is an advantage.
• Ability to operate basic hand tools and machinery.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Good physical stamina and ability to lift up to [X] lbs.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends or overtime as required.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor machinery and equipment according to safety guidelines.
• Assemble, pack, and inspect products for quality assurance.
• Follow standard operating procedures and production schedules.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Perform routine maintenance and report mechanical issues to supervisors.
• Assist in loading and unloading raw materials and finished products.
• Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production targets.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
