Job summary

Lumbermen’s, headquartered in Grand Rapids, Michigan, is seeking an entry-level production teammate for its Finishing division. You will assist with producing interior and exterior wood products, run basic machinery, load/unload, verify counts, and help package finished material.

The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and a steady pace aligned with machine output. Training is provided, and a $300 clothing allowance supports work apparel and PPE.

Qualifications

• Ideal candidates have an eye for detail and work well in a team-based environment.
• Ability to maintain a consistent pace based on machine output.
• Willingness to assist in other areas as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist in startup, running, and cleaning of machinery.
• Load and unload product on machinery.
• Verify counts for order accuracy.
• Label and package finished material.
• Assist in warehouse cleaning and organization.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by Supervisor.
