Job summary

Mauser Packaging Solutions invites applications for a manufacturing associate role in our Chicago area facility. This position emphasizes meeting production standards on time, maintaining clean and safe work areas, and strictly following safety guidelines and instructions.

The role requires teamwork, the ability to interpret verbal and written instructions, and active reporting of safety or quality issues to the supervisor.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing environment is required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Understand plant safety guidelines and complete safety training.

Responsibilities

• Meet production standards on assigned tasks within required time.
• Maintain clean, safe work areas in the assigned space.
• Follow safety specifications, instructions, and requirements.
• Ensure safety and quality throughout production.
• Notify a Production Lead or Supervisor when stepping off the line to maintain safety and quality.
• Report all production waste or issues to the supervisor.
• Perform other duties as required by supervision.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
