Job summary

Reed Minerals, a producer of BLACK BEAUTY abrasives and other industrial products, seeks a Production Worker to support daily production, loading, bagging, forklift operation, and quality checks in a fast-paced environment.

Join a safety-focused team responsible for truck loading, material inspections, and maintaining clean, organized work areas. A high school diploma and ability to pass screenings are required; forklift certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to pass drug & alcohol screening and background check.
• Physical ability to lift up to 100 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for day-to-day production activities including bagging and load-out.
• Load trucks with material and ensure correct product placement.
• Inspect trucks before loading and follow site safety practices.
• Operate bagging equipment and perform pre-start-up checks.
• Maintain clean loading areas and complete truck checklists.
• Notify plant operator of material shortages or changes and assist in maintenance when needed.
