Job summary

Superior Home Products, Inc., based in Wentzville, MO, is seeking a Production Worker for our day shift. This full-time, manual labor role supports our cultured marble production and requires good attendance, reliability, and teamwork.

Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 lbs, read measurements, use a tape measure, perform basic math, and follow safety procedures. We offer benefits after 30 days, paid holidays, a 401(k), and a laid-back environment with overtime when needed.

Qualifications

• Must read and write at a functional level.
• Able to measure layouts using tape measures and create precise markings.
• Basic math skills required.
• Must maintain good attendance and reliable transportation.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for 8 hours.
• Team-oriented, safety-conscious, and detail-focused.

Responsibilities

• Confirm purchase orders and/or shop tickets.
• Measure proper layouts required on molds and prep for production using waxes, tape, masking paper, blocking devices, and tape measures.
• Polish/grind and prepare product for shipment to customer.
• Utilize resins and fillers to produce, or repair products as needed.
• Operate a spray gun to apply gel coats (must be able to wear a respirator).
• Load correct product using shipping manifests.
• Follow all procedures to ensure quality and safety.
• Manufacturing experience is a plus.
