TTM Technologies, Inc. in Stafford Springs, CT is hiring a Production Operator for conformal coat on the 2nd shift. You will prep boards, apply coatings, and operate dispensing equipment in a fast-paced PCB manufacturing environment.

A 90-day raise opportunity is available based on KPIs and performance. The role requires reading assembly drawings, using hand tools, lifting up to 25 lbs, and maintaining quality while meeting production targets.

Qualifications

• General knowledge of industrial ovens, scales and meters used for recording data.
• Ability to read and understand printed circuit board assembly drawings and work instructions.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and work up to 10 hours per day, five days a week.

Responsibilities

• Prepare boards for conformal coat by cleaning items and surfaces to be finished.
• Mask connectors and other objects on the board.
• Use hand, pneumatic and electric hand tools to apply coatings.
• Mix chemicals according to manufacturer specifications and apply epoxy/coatings with dispensing equipment.
• Visually inspect work in process for defects and adjust as required.
• Read and follow blueprints and work instructions; communicate with supervisor.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area and work with others to meet production goals.
• Attend to all assigned duties and comply with ITAR/Export rules.
• Work flexible hours including possible overtime and weekends when needed.

Must be able to use a spray booth to coat. Applicant must be able to handle a fast paced environment with a high volume workload. **Duties and Responsibilities:*** Prepare boards for conformal coat by cleaning items and surfaces to be finished.
