Job summary

Tremco Construction Products Group (CPG), part of RPM International, seeks a Production Operator to start, troubleshoot, and operate manufacturing equipment safely. Three operator levels (I–III) exist, determined by experience and problem-solving on the plant floor.

The role includes operating equipment such as industrial blenders and following the production schedule. You will work in a team environment, maintain safety, quality, and accurate records, and support continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• No formal education required.
• No prior experience or training.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment according to the established schedule and safety rules.
• Routinely meet or exceed production output rates per standards.
• Ensure product meets specified tolerances and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate paperwork and production records.
• Inspects equipment, materials, and products for defects before and after runs.
