Job summary

Rogers-Corporation is hiring for entry-level to experienced Machine Operators at the Bear, DE facility. Full-time positions are available with Shift Two (3:00 pm – 11:30 pm, Mon-Fri) and Shift Three (11:00 pm – 7:30 am, Sun-Thu).

Responsibilities include setting up, operating, and troubleshooting production equipment; inspecting materials; recording data; and maintaining a safe, clean working environment while following safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience in a production/manufacturing/industrial environment preferred.
• Follow safe work procedures and 5S guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Perform visual inspection & measurement of material in accordance with established procedures to maintain product specification.
• Accurately record production data into the computer database.
• Detects unusual conditions, defective material, or operating difficulties. Resolve process issues and elevate as needed
• Perform other duties as directed and assigned
• Maintain safe work environment (5S), minor maintenance on the equipment and area clean-up.
